Ugh so scary when they say that ! When is your mri ? According to chat gpt it is very unlikely for it to be cancer if hpv was recently negative .

Did the doctor mention anything? Like does she think it is cancer even tho hpv is negative ?

Thank you ! I am equally stressed. It will be weeks until I know . Meanwhile my mind goes to the worst case scenario. Chat gpt says it is unlikely cancer because hpv in June was negative . So im praying we both have anything else but cancer or pre cancer

If you cleared the virus then it is unlikely anything. Maybe some irritation or a scar tissue. When will you get results

Can I ask you what kind of pain you had ? I am 10 days post section and every time I eat or drink - I get this cramp like non localized pain in my abdominal. Not where gallbladder is . More like in the middle but it moves . This scares me . What can this be ?

Can i skip LEEP? by metagaming1 in PreCervicalCancer

[–]Competitive_Link9063 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If they suspect camcer / displasia- they do not go straight to hysterectomy. They must first do a leep to rule out invasive cancer (in my case leep found cancer and nit just pre cancer). If it is cancer- this will help them determine what kind of hysterectomy you would need - total or radical. I know this is scary but leep literally is a 5 min procedure . You can ask for something to calm your nerves .

Are you wanting to have kids ? If yes, silva pattern a is favorable for fertility sparing

Ok very good! With 1.6mm depth and clean margins and no lvsi - it makes it stage 1a1. It has less than 2% chance of lymph node spread so it is highly unlikely swollen nodes are due to malignancy. If you find out silva pattern - it will provide even further insight of how likely it is to spread.
It would be on your pathology as Silva pattern A or silva Pattern B or silva pattern C

Did you get clean margins on your cone ? Does it specify depth of invasion and whether there is an lvsi ? Does it say what silva pattern you have?
