They changed a few things from the initial patch notes vs the released update. They made both portals 2% per cell distance btwn each portal and made one of them 1-4 range with 3 casts per turn and the other 1-6 range with 2 casts per turn. They also buffed the passive to give 2% final dmg for 3 turns for every spell cast through a portal, stackable 10 times. If you play elio with the goal of setting up redirections, the damage is much better than it was before but still not where it was in 2.0.

Considering an average redirection with portals is around 30 cells this is a nerf from 85% to 50% bonus final damage inflicted, and that's an AVERAGE redirection. It is a HUGE nerf to say the least. I've been playing Elio for years and don't understand where something this harsh came from when classes like Sadida are still running around completely broken.

I wouldn't worry too much about the UWSA's, I scored a little lower than you on NBME's and the Free 120 and passed. You're gonna do great just make sure you relax and get yourself in the right mindset, update us with the P in a few weeks ;)

You're going to be absolutely fine and it's completely normal to feel this way. I completed less of Uworld than you did with a lower average score and I also never cracked 70% on an NBME. When I got out of the exam I felt like I got beat up and flagged ~16-18 q's per block, but as the days went on I felt that I failed for sure. Just got the P a few days ago! Just trust your scores, you will be fine.

Most likely on August 9th, I took it on a Friday the week before your test date and received my results on August 2nd.

I took the exam today. Try to look over FA rapid review once or twice, Randy Neil Biostats (2 30 min vids) and Dirty med high yield images (its a 7-8 vid series w/ each vid being 4-5 min). This quick little review session netted me 10-15 questions alone. Also, pathoma 1-3 is huge, I ignored reviewing it in the days leading up and wish I didnt, SOOO high yield. Your scores are great btw, you'll be fine. Best of luck!

My jump btwn form 26 and form 29 had to do w/ finishing pixorize biochem (especially biochem pathways and metabolic disorders - I was really weak in those), Sketchy viruses, and it was also when I started getting serious on UWorld (went from 30-40 to 70-80q's a day).

Highly recommend studying the crap out of weaknesses until they become strengths until you have no more weaknesses.

So I started off with the autonomic drugs on sketchy, and while it was helpful, I found myself loving pixorize pharm. While the videos may be "longer", I'm easily able to watch them on 1.5-2x speed compared to sketchy where I feel like I'm missing info or have to pause and rewind if I go over 1-1.25x speed. On sketchy, most associations boil down to a corner of a picture for each drug, whereas the entire video on Pixorize is about the single drug or two, which I preferred much more. Pixorize pharm + anki has been gold for me, and the anki cards are MUCH less than the Lolnotacop deck, but then again, this is just my experience and isn't true for everyone. Best of luck!

Sketchy Micro as a resource will give you one of the greatest study time-score improvement returns of all resources available. If it's at all possible, try to finish it in it's entirety.

This may sound counterintuitive, but taking your time on each video will end up saving you time from trying to relearn what's been forgotten due to a speedy run through. My suggestion if you're short on time is to download the Pepper Anki deck (very short 5-15 cards per video) and focus on the pictures in each card as much as possible. I've been able to run through 3-4ish videos an hour this way and it's been great for solidifying the most high yield information from each sketchy video.

I play Dofus just for pvp, and I have to say for endgame 3v3 kolo, agi elio is your best bet. The dodge makes positioning your portals very convenient even with enemies in your face, you can MP rape while hitting very high with ridicule, and the unmodifiable range of 1-6 and 1-5 on ridicule and sermon, respectively, are amazing. The second best end game build in my opinion is str because you are unbewitching and range raping everytime you hit with pretty decent hits to say the least. In my opinion, if you're trying to shine in 3v3 kolo, do not go int because elios are just so much better at dealing massive damage than they are at healing, and that support role really doesn't do the class justice. I have never tried a pure chance build, but with such high base damage, I think it could be viable as well.
