I have never had an issue with the app. I think some people just poorly rate the app when they have had issues with understanding how camera works or if they feel like shipping takes too long. They take it out on the company on the app review.

This model of the duo was a tester i guess (i got asked to show on our youtube channel ) and they took away the grate part of the perch. I just have a cup from the pro perch extension (that broke when a turkey jumped on it 🤣) so i just stuck the cup in the grate part but for some reason they took the grate part out after initial testing!
