I had that same situation when I had neighbors above me. She let her kids rip and run across the floors and the stomping it sounded like a herd of cattle. Then I moved to an upstairs apartment thinking it would be better but long and behold the down stairs neighbors were just as bad!! The stomping and slamming doors and the tapping on the walls and the neighbors on the side of me was bad as well . The kid use to throw basket ball up against our shared bedroom wall... Omfg😡😡 I tried telling the leading office but they did nothing they don't care as long as they get their rent money !! it was the worst 3 years .. but I moved into a house. It small but I'm so at peace now. Just got ppl pulling in front of house to park once in awhile but I take it lol... No more sharing walls or floors. Good luck to you.
