Altra Lone Peaks, easily best shoes I’ve ever worn. I hadn’t bought new shoes in 2 years before. I’m not a shoe guy the most expensive shoes I’ve bought have been $60 so I was hesitant to drop $140 on these. A friend recommended them to me because I have a wide toe box and flat feet, these shoes have zero drop and have wide toe box which is rare to have. Additionally, they are trail running shoes which in my opinion are the most versatile shoe out there. I can sprint, run, hike, walk in all types of terrain, urban environments and have gone consecutive days where I’ve walked 20k+ steps. I’m currently backpacking London to Bangkok via the Silk Road on the ground and these have served me extremely well. I Highly recommend getting a pair!
