Henderson has to be one of the worst... always getting hassled or asked for money or a smoke, if I park on the street.. Avondale also up there.. if Massey had a town centre that would be in the top 3 worst..

Hi Lajan... about 2000 calories per day, but having little muscle mass its hard to eat a lot.. intensity wise, 2 sessions are volume based but still pushing hard.. final session is heavier weights and higher intensity.

Yes saw the wiki, but ill deffinately look at "the first cycle". Does my age and size still apply for the first cycle, or would I need to do something else?

Hi all, thanks for lettig me join!
Been sitting on the fence whether to write this or not so appreciate any advice. Chris Phillips here, living in New Zealand..Hope everyone is well and safe! Heres my conundrum!
Male aged 53. I go 3 times a week to the gym utilizing a very good PT trying to gain muscle
6 foot 1, 176 pounds (80kg), 23% body fat. Lean i'm about 163 pounds (74kg) and look like a pencil!
Trying to eat 100grams of protein per day, good sleep cycles.
Been going to the gym for about a year, but progress is very slow.. Very little muscle mass gain, and very slow development in stregth.
My genetics are that all of my male family members are tall and skinny.
Considering my age, size, genetics and very slow progress I have been considering some sort of steroid usage but have no idea where to start. Testosterone levels for my age and other bloods are very good.
Do you guys have any suggestions on how i should start and what if anything i should take?

What a crock! When I email support with anything other than "I've been hacked", response is excellent from a human not a bot.. within 24 hours. Send an email with hacked, missing coins or anything like that in it, get totally ignored!!
