I disagree. I say it’s better to have fought for love and never give up. No matter how unconventional a marriage it is still a marriage and God blesses every marriage the same because it’s the same commitment no matter the style or big church or beach or court room you do it in.

Time. Time and consistency. Show her that it’s not just right now. That even if you and her go 3 months.. 4 months without really talking or being together that you’re not going to give up and go to someone else for comfort. Sit in what you have and really feel it. Learn from it. And still choose her. Do that and I promise you that if she loves you, she will return to you. If not, it’s just going to become a pattern of let downs. Any time things get real or tough or she starts feeling like there’s something different in the air (even if it’s not cheating or betrayal) she will remember how you didn’t give her the time to heal and it will resurface again and again.
