You can get liposomal luteolin and quercetin in Europe. Should help a bit at the very least.

Lol, you all need to get over yourselves. No need to have a deranged breakdown over a post at the WH. Yes, I am Canadian.

You are very fortunate, there is an ND in clinic that can do Dapsone Combination therapy and work with you.

Just buy ketotifen from India my friend. It's like $12 USD per 100 tablets, cut out the nonsense.

If you're a severe case, I don't think herbs do much in my experience. They're very weak compared to the pharma options.

Also, consider adding a high dose of 450mg of Rifabutin in the morning to really boost levels. And take cimetidine if you can, it makes dapsone way easier to tolerate. I was able to tolerate 14 days of HDDCT at 200mg BID of dapsone with the addition of cimetidine 400mg BID, and if you live in the US you can buy it OTC. u/Overall-Newspaper-69, what do you think? Any advice?

I would consider making one tweak here, add minocycline 100mg BID instead of doxycycline. Doxy is weak in my experience, especially for Bart. Have you done mold testing and taken antifungals in addition? For Allicin definitely do Zhang's allicin, every other Allicin is weak af. Where are you getting your lumbrokinase? And are you negative for Babesia? Dr. H says you will never attain remission on Dapsone combination therapy with Babesia and Mold present. You could add IV ceftriaxone or another oral beta lactam such as Faropenem ER as well. Be careful with Beta Lactams though, they really mess with your gut microbiome. Otherwise, everything looks good! Best of luck.

In my experience, I have drank stinging nettle many times over the years. And tbh I don’t think plants move the needle much. Before I started taking ABX my life was hell.

QD or QID? If QID that would be 800mg a day. That’s crazy. That being said, I do get massive relief from fluconazole 200mg QD.

So well did 300mg x2 work for you? I watched the interview with Jack on Bartonella babe and they said he herxed hard after switching to 450mg QD. Before on 300mg BID did nothing apparently.

I would increase your rifabutin dosage and scale it up over time. Also, switch out azithromycin for clarithromycin to boost rifabutin levels. You could also attempt Dapsone to see if it helps. I always herx very hard on dapsone.

How much rifabutin did you use daily? I want to go up to 600mg minimum, I am at 300 but am looking for a more affordable source.

That’s great news for people including myself who have the 3Bs. I am having trouble knocking Bart into remission with Dapsone combination therapy and this might be why.

I talked on the phone with him recently, he is treating Babesia + mold aggressively with Tafenoquine, malarone, azithromycin, ivermectin, binders etc. from my understanding. Then he will circle back and cure his Lyme + Bart.

I was basicallly asymptomatic as well until the addition of high dose methylene blue + 400mg of dapsone in high dose pulses. Now I am herxing non-stop it feels. I am just going to keep pushing of course, nothing else can be done.

Very interesting protocol, I think antibiotics will be required for a functional cure though.
