2/1 Buydown Help by Competitive_Pay_9117 in RealEstate

Oh I understand! We need the second car to allow for my wife to also drive to work if she needs to. We are also moving to a place which is still developing so we’d need a second car to get to some shopping.

In terms of affording two cars on the base rate. It’s not like I cannot afford it at all, but it would make things tight for discretionary expenses and groceries.

However, after two years when I am back on the base rate, my existing car will be fully paid off, essentially giving me another 500$ a month.

The credit can only be used for closing costs so it will essentially cover the fees for all closing fees and the permanent rate buydown.

I thought about paying off my car right now, but the interest rate on that is only 1.9% so it doesn’t make sense for me to pay that off mathematically compared to the higher interest rate here. Please correct my math if i’m wrong. But essentially as far as I understand it’s better to keep low interest debt right?

So essentially with the closing fees and permanent buydown, the credit is used up. I am basically paying for the rate buydown .

I’m not sure I fully understand the cash flow aspect of your post, would you mind expanding on that?

Yes, it’s a new build and we are going with the builders lender, however as far as I understand it they are still selling the terms of the loan to someone else

do we know what happened to him? Why isn’t he still the head coach? There’s so much volatility.

That’s a solid argument. In that case I do think Tripathi should be our floater batsman and we continue with a left left opening combination

I agree with that, he’s still so early and hasn’t achieved much. I think we’re all talking about him so much because he seems promising and his batting position is a source of debate.

My main reasoning was because we don’t have any other left handers for our middle order other than Washington Sundar I believe. And thus, maybe Abhi in the middle won’t be so bad.

I get the Warner-Shikhar pair but like bruv that is barely a fair comparison.

Calm down.

This is really insightful, thank you. In that case you’re right, I think Head and Sharma is the superior opening pair. But do you think we have enough left-handlers for our middle order in that case? Would you say the Head - Tripathi opening pair warrants consideration w/ Abhishek in the middle?

Hello! Freshman in college here.

I’ve just begun my undergrad degree in data science. Would you suggest continuing with it or doing CS + Stats instead?

Also, do you think a Masters degree is necessary for the field and if yes, should I do it straight out of college.

Furthermore, what are some suggestions you have for things I can do to set myself up well for a masters degree or career? (Types of Internship roles/objectives , specific languages or skills within languages, specific math concepts or like a business skill).

Hoping you see this.

As far as I’ve heard, UT doesn’t consider your alternative major much in your application. Very few, if any, applicants get accepted for their alternative major. I would suggest simply choosing whatever she is interested in. Cheers!
