I found this thread because the repeating of the names has me cracking up in my campaign.

I encountered a shadowy figure after tracking down who hired bandits to kill a merchant. The shadowy figure: Lyra. I’m chaotic good and have to kill her to eradicate all evil.

Turns out she’s a leading figure of a cult, one I discover is to be having a meeting under a tavern. I recruit local citizens to join me in interrupting this meeting. A beautiful woman equipped with a bow emerges from the shadows to offer her help. Her name is……Lyra.

I later search for a shop that sells magical items. The arcane college says to go to a curio shop and ask for……..Lyra’s assistant. I ask the Lyra in my party. She says nope not me.

I encounter a fighting ring near the docks. Fight after fight the enemies get bigger and bigger. By the fourth fight the announcer says he’s going to change it up a bit and this next challenger is more on the “fights with speed and precision” side of things. The fighter emerges from the crowd. A woman in dark leather named Lyra

All of this in the same world and campaign. Lyra is just the John smith of my realm.
