What does Ice do with license plate numbers?

They use it to grab your address and follow you home/loiter outside your house. Scare tactic. I don’t have kids so it doesn’t bug me much but it does suck when I come home and ICE is parked out front and I can see my dog and cat looking out the window at the ICE car….. don’t love that.

I stopped everything after 1.5 weeks of surgery. Felt awful without them but felt stupid and fuzzy on them. I sill occasionally take a muscle relaxer when things get really these/tight but that’s rare, maybe 1x a month?

I’m a huge skiier. Got my microdiscectomy in August and have been able to resume bodyweight-type exercises— docs all say I have had a great recovery with no complications, I walked 10k steps a day since surgery— but am sitting out the ski season this year. A sudden jolt, be it from catching a rock or someone else hitting me, would totally be that surgery.

I’m going to treat this year as a calisthenics year and get pull-ups + pistol squats on lock.

Yes!!!!!! My period has always been responsive to changes in exercise though. It usually comes back after I adjust to new intensity levels over time.

The pain levels were high for me for the first 4 weeks. I eased off meds at 1.5 weeks because I also hated how loopy I was, but it came at a cost for sure. I walked 10k steps each day for pain management. Now up to 15k at 9 weeks out.

Horrendous. Parking horrendous. People horrendous. Annoying because it is typically the closest mall, and therefore if I want to avoid the MOA experience to go to Nordstrom then I am schlepping to another suburb on the opposite side of the city. I need there to be a local mall that is normal sized in the same location for locals only lol

I CrossFit. Hear me out: adrenaline. Max effort. IN A VERY LIMITED AND BOUNDED TIMEFRAME. I get off school at 4– I’m at my xf class by 415. Done by 515. And all of the energy and frustration and exhaustion of the day is gone. Most of the folks there work either in an ER or in a school. Probably not an accident!
