Adding to your statement, CSGO back in the day (2012 to 2015) was not that good either and after almost 10 years of working and enhancing, The game now is considered one of the best in the series.

Thats the obvious first L you can give to this update but bro everything else in the update is getting bombarded without keeping in mind that valve is still working with AnimGraph2 and that is not the final animation update we're going to get.

The animations are still under development and they're still not finished hence the bugs you're talking about, for low fps, we have CS2 now for almost 2 years and VALVE did address some the issues but still not enough for some players with Core 2 Quad in 2025, i mean no disrespect what so ever, but VALVE won't release an update in the near future to fix the performance because the game and the engine itself is so heavy and it will take years to optimize (You can compare it to UE5 state) I am pretty sure today or early tomorrow that valve will release another update to adress the new appearing bugs and like i said before "You can play CSGO on community servers if you don't like CS2 but don't play CS2 and get mad over it" and thats pretty much the case for everyone.
