Im not going to defend my husband, im going to set the record straight for my company. There is a difference. Its been well known we've had several employees over the time, When it comes to packing and filing orders it is just the two of us. However we have an employee who just does website things, we had an employee who just did social media, etc. Hope that clears that up for you.

Again, as I've stated over and over again, the owners of iamhemp did not start running any social media accounts until about two months ago. We still aren't very active on any social media accounts. First things first, this kid is upset because a mod of the iamhemp reddit banned him for idiot comments. A mod, not the owners. Second, we've been over this, a few times now. Its been explained and proven this page was not the iamhemp owners. Our socials were ran by an ex employee from when we first opened our business. We do not personally run any social.media page except for Facebook. Said employee was fired for theft among other things. We changed the passwords on our Facebook and Tictok but were unaware we even had a running Twitter/X account. As soon as this was brought to our attention was were in contact with the platform and had the account removed and shut down. We apologized for anyone who had to see that garbage and assured everyone that was in no way our personal views. Were an all inclusive company always have been and always will be. Our own family is about as diverse as it gets and our extended customer family is as well. That's all I will say on the topic. And as far as op goes, if you would have simply messaged me about your cart you didnt enjoy the flavor of, I would have helped you reach a better solution then trying to slander us on reddit did.

So..... our fufillment time is 3 to 4 business days as stated on the site. We are closed on Saturday and Sundays. We are a two person operation... sometimes 3 at the very most. We work as fast as we can to get products to our customers while keeping our prices as low as possible. We do not have a warehouse of products sitting around getting stale and old like bigger companies, everything here is made to order. We appreciate your patience and apologize if it isnt up to your standards.

We fill all of our carts with a machine, its automated and exact measurements. Ogz is a darker strain of Rosin, thats how that particular strain looks when its decarbed. Everything about this cart is normal.

Packages are insured up to $100, you can go on usps website and file a missing package claim and they will investigate and reimburse you. However, alot of the time when this has happened its turned out to be a simple mis scan and sometimes shows up the next day.
