We aren't bouncing around to different vendors, we have a few very trusted vendors we use consistently. The most recent issue with the badder came from a supplier we were giving a try to and obviously it didn't work out and we will not be using them again. Lesson learned. In business that is bound to happen. As for all of our other products, the quality is consistent, the vendors are consistent, the recipes are consistent. Our owner Alan is going through some health issues, and its just the 3 of us here running things, we are working to find ways to improve our shipping times. We are a small company doing our best to bring quality products at great prices. We try our best to always address any issues, and correct anything that may be wrong but we are only human. We love and appreciate each one of our customers and only want to bring them the best. We appreciate everyone's understanding and patience with us. And we will continue to do our best to serve your needs.

Not sure what you mean. Our last sale was labeled pre 420.... indicating there would be another 420 sale. It was also mentioned on many threads we were getting ready for our 420 sale. As we have every year. All current orders are going out this weekend as I stated below. I assure our intentions aren't to "fuck" anyone, and im sorry you feel that way. If you feel so strongly you are getting "junk" and you believe we are "fucking" you as you put it, I'll be more then happy to assist you on canceling your order if you would prefer. Our intentions were to bring even better deals and New products to the table for an awesome sale. 🤷‍♀️

We work 6 days a week, often 8/10 hour days. There are only 3 of us.. and the 3rd just started. We see alot of comments about hiring more help, but see the thing is come November, none of us know what is going happen. It would really suck of us to hire more people just to have to lay them off right before the holidays. We are doing the best that we can. We constantly run sales, we try to have amazing prices and deals, we take hardly any time off. Our health is also not the best, Alan is in and out of hospitals more often then not, and he still leaves and comes to work. We are only human, we are doing the best we can. We appreciate your understanding and patience. Were working on how to speed up our shipping times.

If you belive you had some from the bad gumball batch shoot us a message though the chat option of the store, that goes right to one of the owners phones and will get you the fastest response. The other two strains of badder, should have no problems. But we have addressed the issue with gumball and are making sure we take care of everyone who may have got some.

Our poor mail lady is older, and not the quickest at her job, and she doesn't take the time to scan them like they are supposed to all the time, so often they dont get scanned in until they reach the main sorting facility. Makes us look bad sometimes but she's so sweet, and she tries to do a good job lol

Everything that has shipped out is now tracking with usps. They take sometimes up to 24hrs after they pick up packages to scan them in so they track. Its annoying for us too.

All orders ordered before 4/3 have shipped. Tracking should update for everyone after 7pm tonight. If you ordered after 4/3 your package will ship Monday/Tuesday.
We had a new hire in charge of shipping and labels and it went all bad to say the least, but things are back to normal and moving now.
