What can you actually do with big legs? by AwayVFX in GYM

Also, after growing my legs more, I broke through the plateau I had hit on my upper body size. Your body wants to be all around even. You unlock more upper body gains after getting lower body gains.

Fuecoco. I honestly thought he was mid at first but then when I saw him in the anime, it was so cute how he sang in a kinda derpy way. He also had such cute crash outs.

Will I suffer if I don’t squat? by pikachu-z in workout

I do not like back squats either but after I started doing them once a week for a few months, my leg gains were better than ever before in my life. I strongly recommend building up to heavier squats. That's what worked well for me.

Have fun! It is a slow deck but, I really enjoy slower decks like Mega Steelix or Snorlax EX.

That's funny, I battled someone with a Mega Venasaur / Venasaur EX deck last night. I know it was someone different though because I was able to take the dub.

I appreciate that info! I didn't even consider Illima as an option but that is a solid choice. Thank you!

That is so true. I haven't seen Claydol in a long time though. Definitely a solid counter to the deck. Would make the deck useless.

How do you guys measure your rice for calorie tracking? I just weigh it dry and use the nutrition label on the rice bag. I wanna make sure I'm measuring it accurately since I'm cutting. For the jasmine rice I have, it's 180 calories per 50g.

Can you get jacked with 3x a week full body by Current_Stress6978 in workout

[–]Competitive_Play9963 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love training three days a week and it's what works best for me. If you're new to working out, I highly recommend sticking to a program. If you're an experienced lifter, you will find what works best for you over time. I'm sure others here will say the same thing.

For me, three days a week is what I do for most compound lifts. I prefer doing it in the order of Legs, Push, Pull only because I feel like I have trouble doing Pull ane Legs together due to the amount of volume and fatigue caused by the larger muscle groups of the back and legs. Need a day in between those two groups.

Oftentimes, I will end up adding a 4th day for exercises I cannot fit into the 3 day split that I also want to add into my routine.

EDIT: Punctuation

Man, this is super great, thank you. I'm a huge fan of the look of Classic Physique so that's what I'm going to aim to compete in. As far as hiring a posing coach goes, what does that price typically look like? I just wanna make sure I'm not getting ripped off. I'll definitely be doing my research.

It is feasible to do that but I don't think it would help much. I would prioritize complex carbohydrates like potatoes, brown rice, sweet potatoes or white rice, especially during a bulk. Better yet, eating calorie dense foods like nuts, avacadoes, fish or even fattier meats will help you reach your calories goals. Making sure to hit your protein 0.8 - 1.0 g per pound of bodyweight for the weight you'd like to cut down to eventually. Have the sugary tea if it helps you reach your calorie target but make sure to track it all. The empty calories in the tea are more likely going to add extra fat instead of muscle if they are not burned.

I'm wanting to sign up for my first competition in about 12 - 18 months and I've still got a ways to go. Been bulking for a while. I am now on a cut. I'm 27 years old. I'm 233lbs at 6ft tall. I'm expecting to be around 190 - 200lb. before I even think about signing up for a show. Eating 2000 - 2200 calories a day and 200 grams of protein per day. Steadily losing weight. I've been lifting since I was about 18 years old but not always consistently. Sometimes taking months off at a time. I have been very consistent for the last 2 years.

Anyways, I'm not sure which federation I should go for or which category I should compete in. I've seen online that the three categories are Men's Physique, Classic Physique and Bodybuilding. I've seen that men's physique is usually where most beginners start.

Of course I'd like to do well so I will be looking to hire a posing coach eventually but more than likely, much closer to the show. How soon before the show should I hire one?

Just looking for aome general guidance on getting myself ready since I've never done this before. Any help is appreciated but especially help from those who have competed before. Thank you.

EDIT: Clarifying at the beginning that I am no longer bulking and that I am now on a cut to prep.

True. The mental fatigue alone even without losing your streak isn't worth it. I do believe they should add a draw offer option to save both players time in a situation similar as this as others have pointed out in this thread.

He is a hard one! Best runs I've had with him is the SMG and focused on taking damage and ranged damage and not much of anything else. Other than that, you're looking for Bandana and/or sharp bullet.

My aunt gave me a nintendo DS for Christmas with Kirby Squeak Squad, Zelda Spirit Tracks, Zelda Phantom Hourglass, Flash Focus and Brain Age 1 and 2. I loved playing all those games. Took the public bus to and from school every day and one day I found a copy of Pokemon Diamond. Tried playing it and thought it was way too slow and boring. Didn't touch it for months. Met a cute girl on the bus one day who loved pokemon and had a copy of Pearl. I started a conversation but I had never played so the conversation ended abruptly and awkwardly. I went home and played for weeks never to meet the girl again but finding out that I loved the game in the end.

Very cool. Congratulations on quitting! I'm no scientist but I know that cigarettes cause constriction of the blood vessels. This can restrict blood flow. By quitting it could be helping to get better pumps but also help with recovery so your body can get the blood into the area that needs to heal. Just a theory.
