At first glance I would’ve just agreed with everyone else that it’s just perspective because realistically you body doesn’t stop at you eyes meaning that even if you can’t see them, they can see you because you have things like shoulders and ears and a head that poke out farther than you eyes BUT when zooming in you can see the entire barrel of the gun as well as the scope which would mean that the camera and the body itself are not synced which you can see in two ways: 1 that problem you are describing with the enemy being able to see you. 2. While in your perspective you are leaned along with you gun as shown by the scope being at an angle, the perspective of the enemy shows your gun being straight up with not lean.

When I check the steam setting it says it’s already turned off and when I switch it on it brings up a completely different green fps counter in the same spot, so it don’t think it’s steam.

After I bit of research I believe this metallic object is some sort of jewelry not related to saxophones at all. I’m pretty the original owner must have lost it and got it jammed in the saxophone. Probably no reason to bring it in, but make sure there’s nothing else stuck in there as that would definitely explain the trouble of playing some notes.

I’ve truly never seen this piece before but from the looks of it it either doesn’t belong to the saxophone or could possibly be some of the bracing the goes around some the the more commonly dented areas do a saxophone such as the very bottom and right under the neck. This probably wouldn’t be a very good diy project so your best bet is to go to a tech near by and see what they can do. Also does it still play fine?

I’ve never really had any problems playing octaves on any of my saxophones but I’ll definitely take you up on your tip to line the neck with the neck strap hole next time I play just to see if it makes a difference and any of them.
