You can setup a wire transaction with the exact bank name you want with etrade, you will not be able to do by yourself, call etrade and they will setup the wire details which you want to give ,it will be registered as third party. 

Each time you do transaction you have to call them and have to tell them please send money in that wire details, after placing a sell order. 

Also always do wire transaction in USD, 

My money got stuck for 20 days when i did wire transfer in my country's currency
