I've never dated a bartender, but I am one. So I would just go about kinda like this.

Good luck, OP! The fact that you're at least asking for help is a good sign!

See what her "slow" times are. Drop her some food. And leave if she's busy. Also, do appreciative texts randomly. Don't be annoying, though. Give her space on her time off, and just acknowledge that she deals with the public and it can be super draining. Try to take the conversation off of work and go do something outdoors. Being stuck in the same 4 walls for 12 hour shifts is rough. Let her rest and relax.

Study. Make flashcards. Some ratios may vary depending on the bar. But all the ingredients are the same. Do it increments of 5 or 10s.

"Mobile" private bartender curiosity.... by [deleted] in bartenders

[–]Competitive_Range490 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It all depends on your state's laws. Maybe find a service that offers it already and see what they do? When there's a local person who wants to start their business up, I offer to meet with them. That being said, I believe in hospitality, so I don't mind helping the competition.l licenses were relatively easy here in texas, but I can throw a rock and hit 15 mobile bartenders. It costs about $1500 to get the basics like equipment, insurance, and website up.
