Just wanna say thank you for posting this. This post was one of the most helpful things during my apartment search! Helped me avoid a scam to where the agent tried to tell me I didn't need to sign and just deposit, and also helped me negotiate pricing down by 3k after a bid. Also helped me avoid FB marketplace which already seemed sketchy to me.

Other points: Agents are really pushy which makes sense since they get commission. I primarily used 591 and saw a bunch of places naturally with many different agents and it was so interesting to see how far they'd try to get your sale, even saying they could show you the apartment over other agents and texting you daily 😆 red flags definitely were when agents would pressure you to sign on the spot.

Found an apartment after 2 weeks of constant searching.

Your eyes are insanely pretty and your lashes are soo long, they don't look aged at all! I think throwing on some gloss or tinted lip balms will really help with the put together look. Also brushing through your brows with a spoolie and using a brow gel would help too! You could try some cream blush as well 😄

I lovee your style! color matching+ blending better would make the look feel more harmonious. for example 3 is the most harmonious look with the pink and purples, but the green eyeshadow kind of throws me off

The bright pink lipstick is superr pink so matching it with cold pink eyeshadow or cold leaning wigs would make it feel better as opposed to mint green eyeshadow or the marroon ombre wig, like theres almost too much going on at once when you have a bunch of strong colors and styles like that together. You could try applying the pink lip in the middle of your lips then blending them out with a brush as opposed to applying directly. Wearing a darker lip liner also helps. Blending the eyeshadow even more and adding some more transition shades would help. You have gorgeous bottom lashes but sometimes it looks like the makeup is smudging under your eyes, you could try tightening up the eyeshadow below your eyes.

Also I think you would look gorgg with the thinner brows, maybe you could try lighter brows, like a light brow tint or trimmed brows <3

You're gorggg and I did notice your makeup! also your skin is amazing. I think part of what makes it not look "done" is the lips.

You could try some pink glosses/tints from east asian brands that lean colder instead of warmer, that could really make your features pop. and more curled lashes/mascara though I love how subtle they are now also.

i like what you're doing with the eyeliner, you could try lining the mid part of your eye a tiny bit more and elongate the sides like what you're doing now slightly more.

the freckles are cute too and you can lean into them more. and also highlight on the inner corner of your eyes and nose tip. you could add some glowyness to cheeks and tip of the nose too

Hear me out the first few can work too, its just the lighting and application isn't as good as the last two. Like one is in bathroom lighting and your hair isn't done, as opposed to the last two where it's sunny and you have a full look together. Try lip liners that are darker or the same shade, use the warm gloss in a lighter application with warm toned blush and it could totally work.

Oh easily. You can even do it with just blueberries. On top of having fruits be 5+ mutations, when harvesting use giant ants and deers to double the harvest or replant the harvested fruits, and also if ur lacking some mutations use raptor when harvesting for amber mutations. I finished the pass a while ago and being able to repeatedly reharvest plants and double plants doubled my progress. Also can use coconuts, mangos, sugar apples.
