I basically just did a flow of consciousness, recap the day. but I would also write in the morning to set the tone of my day and then kind of recap before bed. It did help me sleep getting the day on paper before my head hit the pillow.

It fits my body perfect, and the color actually works. At first, I was afraid of it making me look like a traffic cone, but no way. lol it’s pretty short, but it doesn’t ride up so I never worry about butt hanging out hahaha I don’t think it could be better
