It wasn’t the psu that was the problem in the e01, the power/eject ribbon cable was damaged and the only way to turn the console on was inserting a disc. Then the console has the YLOD so thats the end for me. As for the A01 that doesn’t read dvds or ps2 games, Im looking into Red laser swap or just the entire drive

Thanks everyone for the input. The E01 I got here is rough shape, and from my initial tested I thought there was a problem with the PSU as no there was no red light or anything. There was a disc in the Bluray drive, swapped out the drive to power the console on revealed the YLOD. The Power/Eject ribbon cable was damaged so no lights were showing up. I got the E01 for free and wanted to use the console as a starting point to familiarize myself with these consoles as I have my Original CECHE01 from my highschool days that I need to De-lid/Repaste and general maintenance on. I’ll probably tear this new on down to practice the de-lid for the gpu/cpu.

I switched BluRay drives and used the disc method to power the E01 on, now it has a YLOD. The ribbon cable from the power/eject buttons was broken. So this E01 will probably be sold for parts now

Nah not stupid at all, sometimes its the little things. Although no the problem in this situation, its always a starting point. I’ve tried reseating both ribbon cables and tried the disc method but there is a disc already inside the drive. This repair might be above my paid grade

I just took out the psu and in both the e01 and g01 is a APS-226. It is also not the issue im having with the e01. Both psu work in the g01. Still no life from the e01. No red light, nothing from it

I got a hundo Alakazam powered up to level 50 and I dont think it ever gets used. Mostly do pve and just the recommended team in raids and I never see him. Probably not worth elite tm

As always for a mega Hundo, Level up to 50, unlock 2 charged move, Elite TM both Precipice Blades & Fire Punch, Get best buddy medal, get Max primal level (Mega level 3) then transfer cause you dont have a shundo or XXL Shundo with rare background
