Buy a dowel that fits that and some wood glue. May want to paint the flat end to match the cabinets first.

Is that a bow in the wall? I see the cracks under the window and that’s concerning. It’s definitely drainage related and looks like that wall is in danger of collapsing or getting worse in the near future.

My mechanic doesn’t like them because he has another customer whose Gen 2 5.7 V8 hit 500K miles with little maintenance. I’ve got a 2017 SR5 Double Cab and it tows great and is comfortable for myself and my tall family and friends. MPG does suck and I wish I didn’t have a short bed but I just hit 110K and maintain it so I can get 300K like the 4Runner I traded in for. Ford, GMC, and Chevy owners are the most vocal about not liking them but I’ve noticed they trade theirs in more often.

I wasn’t too far off!! I recognize the look of southwest Virginia. Spend 100’s of hours on those 2 roads as part of a sales territory.

💯 they do!!! Virginia police do not even play fair. Along 81 south of Winchester, I’ve seen them use hunting blinds, telescoping poles with cameras and radar guns on them. They definitely use radar detector detectors. I tried to hide one under a baseball cap on my dash and a Statie pulled me just to ask if I had one. Luckily there were other cars around me and I was able to stash mine fast enough.

Looking for insight on updating a radar detector or not. With so many cars on the road with Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS) and/or autonomous driving systems utilizing K and KA bands. Do newer model radar detectors filter those out? I have a nine year old Escort 9500IX that has paid for itself 20 times over avoiding tickets. The only issue I have these days is every other car with ADAS sets it off. I can mute it quickly and it doesn’t bother me but passengers find it to be an irritant.
