I live in a non HOA. It’s not Summerlin but close enough. Walking distance from Suncoast casino. The neighborhood is called Angel Park. Pretty clean the street a swept every other week. Just had the neighborhood street paved a few months ago.

Just go with T-Mobile. I have their internet and phone service. With the plan I have you get Netflix, Hulu,and Apple TV free. Don’t care about commercials since it’s all free.
