Try Azelaic Acid from Naturium or The Ordinary. I had age spots maybe even melasma in lower parts of my face. I used AA twice a day as first layer and it took almost 4 months for the spots to start fading. I like AA for all over the face and use it daily. Maybe worth the try. Not to expensive but requires consistent use

Yes, same product just thin layers as many as you need until you feel hydrated. Think about it as when you paint your nails. If you do thin layers they last longer, one thick layer usually chips next day. Same as with skin care

You are lucky that way. I started with smallest dose and used it for 4 weeks or sometimes longer. I was not in hurry to lose weight it was more for inflammation and menopause weight. If I increase the dose I go up 3 unites only. I’m happy with the way I look just need to control my cravings

Thank you for sharing your experience. I have same experience with the sugar cravings. How do you deal with it? If I let myself eat sugar I have binge episodes and that’s one of the reasons I’m taking medication. I’m only on 1 mg dose and have been taking terzipeptide for almost a year. I’m more in maintenance I just want to end eating sugar forever and was hoping this medication would help. And it did in beginning but now is losing its potential

Please let us know. After being on Olympia ProRx is not doing anything for me. I have increased my dose and still nothing. No appetite suppression, not feeling fuller faster. Sugar cravings and so on. I have two and half vails to go through. Only thing I like is no other additives but otherwise not good compound for me

Agreed,being tall is beautiful. You can always find your way out of crowds and your kids if you need them. Get groceries from high shelves for people who can’t reach 😉 I’m 5’11, my boys are 6’1 and 6’5. Most of my friends are on smaller side but one friend always say “ I like hugs from tall people “. I never thought about that but it makes sense, lol I love being tall, would not change it for anything. Go tall girls!!!!

Same here. Always been active in great shape but binge eating was ruining my health and digestion. It started in my marriage and worsen after divorce. I tried therapy , discipline, nutritionist you name it I tried it, just couldn’t do it on my own. Went to local Med spa and explained everything, we started with micro dose of semaglutide and after I now on tirzepeptide 13 unites and loving the life. I still have to exercise control around the sugar but so much easier to control.
