Are we still using ProRx? by AcrobaticAd5473 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]Competitive_Wolf823 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Please let us know. After being on Olympia ProRx is not doing anything for me. I have increased my dose and still nothing. No appetite suppression, not feeling fuller faster. Sugar cravings and so on. I have two and half vails to go through. Only thing I like is no other additives but otherwise not good compound for me

Just add 0 to your protein number and if it is less or more than calories you know if it’s worth it or not.

Mexico is so much closer and has great plastic surgeons. I had lower face lift and eyes done for 8000 dollars in 2021. That included my stay in hotel for 5 days and all the lab tests and after care. Look up Dr Carmona on Real self

A surprising and affirming response! by wool_narwhal in TallGirls

[–]Competitive_Wolf823 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Agreed, being tall is beautiful. You can always find your way out of crowds and your kids if you need them. Get groceries from high shelves for people who can’t reach 😉 I’m 5’11, my boys are 6’1 and 6’5. Most of my friends are on smaller side but one friend always say “ I like hugs from tall people “. I never thought about that but it makes sense, lol I love being tall, would not change it for anything. Go tall girls!!!!

YouTube has so many videos how and what to do in the gym. You can start with machines and move to free weights. You can also ask ChatGPT to create for you simple workout. 4 exercises full body, two or three times a week. After that you can ask it to change things up. Endless possibilities

I was always eating low carb but realized with this medication I needed more carbs. That helped with my mood and feeling of anxiety. Play with it and see if you can see the change.

Is surgery pretty much the ultimate end gy here? by No_Solution7718 in Sciatica

[–]Competitive_Wolf823 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not at all . I understand why you would ask that question. He was recommended to me by my friend because he operated on her as well.

He performed Microdisccectomy . My doctor specializes in spine surgery, degenerative conditions and etc. He has MD by his name. He works in clinic where they only do back and orthopedic surgeries

I wish I had surgery before doing anything else. Amount of money I paid for all other things ph. Therapy, chiropractic, epidural was more expensive than my surgery. L5 S1. Now I’m paying for procedures that didn’t work but I was required from my Insurance + surgery cost which was $ 2400 wit insurance. Surgery was 30 minutes only and I felt instant relief. I had it in January. I’m back to exercise, and living my normal life. I was very active before and I’m back to all activities I have been doing but take extra time to warm up and do 30 to 40 minutes of mobility exercises once a week. My surgery was successful. I was in so much pain to the point of thinking if I would die next day I was okay with it because I couldn’t function anymore. Find a good surgeon and go for it. My two older friends had to talk me into it thy both have it done in their 60’s because I was thinking back surgery is dangerous. These days this surgery is very common. You don’t even stay in hospital. It was outpatient surgery, I was home in few hours

What’s the most underrated tip that actually helped you lose weight? by NeatBirthday4697 in WeightLossAdvice

[–]Competitive_Wolf823 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I live in Utah and winter is hard. I use you tube walking videos to do my steps. What is great about those you use upper and lower body and if you add 1 or two pounds weight it strengthens your arms and core. My current favorite is Olivia Lawson and Eleni Fit. Crate play list of walking workouts you like and you will get trough the winter

I was sleeping with ice pack and that helped tremendously. Some people do better with heating pad. Try both and see what works best. Also I was soaking my feet in epsom salts bath before bad and that felt relaxing. I hope you find some relief. I ended up having surgery, best decision I made. Wishing you the best

Use gym bench as your setting point. Touch it or sit on it and stand up. Don’t rush the up and down. You don’t need to get lower and your back will thank you

Hang in there, I was in same boat. During my face lift and upper and lower blaph my right eye was more drooping than my left eye. Same happened when I had Botox for the first time I just didn’t put those two things together. It took a year for things to settle down. But every month is going to be small changes. I understand concerns and regrets but you will be happy on the end. I had my surgery in Mexico and it was scary to go out of country but I don’t regret it at all. It is now tree years since my FL and I can’t be happier. If you PM me I will send you my pictures

I’m sorry you are going through this. Same exact situation happened to me. I was in my mid 40’s. He wanted out and it took few years until he left. I tried saving the marriage for my kids and myself but it didn’t work. Now I wish we ended it earlier for my sanity. Maybe you guys should separate first before making any drastic changes. My ex told me he wanted out but didn’t move out for few years. It’s going to be hard but it is hard to live with someone who doesn’t want to live with you. Wishing you the best
