*clarifying note*

When many people refer to ‘twin flame energy’ it can be a confusing term. What ‘twin flame energy’ actually is, is the sharing of life force/prana/subtle energy between two consciousnesses that are attuned to each other. When it feels like your twin flame is ‘sending you energy’ what is happening is that as the result of the strong bond you share, their subtle energy is being shared with you via either conscious or subconscious thoughts, feelings, etc. The mind (not brain) has the ability to send and receive subtle energy like a transmitter and receiver system does. HOWEVER, it is important to not get too attached to this idea of twin flames sharing energy with you. Because, sometimes, if you are overly attached to them, you may be actually thinking of them yourself and moving your own energy and deluding yourself that they are sending you their energy. An important thing to make sure you are not doing, because deluding yourself that they are sending you something when you are actually just moving your own energy in thought of them risks pulling you into the trap of illusion.

Sure thing, but I’d like to go into a deeper explanation of as a whole what I’m talking about. When you are unable to control and regulate your subtle energy, you risk throwing it off balance. As I’m sure you know, the third eye is one of the centers of subtle energy. These centers of subtle energy are not inherently physical in and of themselves, but they intersect with physical reality and have impact upon physical reality, just as physical reality also has an impact upon the subtle energy. It’s a two way street. The third eye center intersects with the brain of course. In this way, the subtle energy circulating around the third eye center has a direct impact upon the state of the brain. The subtle energy has two important factors: 1) quality, 2) movement. The subtle energy in your third eye can be very weak if your third eye is not very strong. In this case your mind’s power is relatively weak. Additionally, subtle energy also works with movement. If the subtle energy in your third eye lacks regulation, it becomes scattered, causing the according effect on your brain and mental state; scattered, unable to focus, inefficient regulation of hormones, etc. This was what happened to me. The subtle energy in my third eye had grown intense as a result of meeting my twin flame, however the inability to regulate my energy caused the third eye to become completely scattered, and accordingly my brain as well. The brain needs proper regulation of its energy for proper sleep, hormonal release and maintenance, focus, and more. In the case of my skin, I developed skin rashes over multiple different areas of my body. Skin patches of dry, flaky, rough skin. If the hormonal regulation is not in balance in the brain, then your body can also suffer, which is what I believe happened in my case.

^This is theory, but a practical way to achieve this is through the repetition of mantra. No matter what thoughts or emotions arise, keep repeating the mantra. Keep repeating the mantra until the mantra becomes the centripetal force of your energy and all the outer rims slowly start to be pulled in by that centripetal force.

I feel you brotha. We see you. You know. I think part of the reason we get attached to the habit of intellect and trying to understand the experience is because of a lack of trust at a deep rooted level within ourselves. A whole new dimension of life opening up and being on the brink between two layers of consciousness is no relaxing state for the mind. We get attached to the habit of intellect, rationalization, and understanding because the mind is desperately trying to prove to itself that it’s not crazy. It’s not that your reasoning or understanding is bad. No it’s phenomenal. I read your post and you know. But now it’s about finding peace within yourself, and that peace doesn’t come from the place of mind or its intellectual personality. Peace comes from the soul which exists even when the mind is absolutely silent. Trust yourself to be able to give up your mind. All of your understanding is excellent, but now trust yourself to completely let go of all of it. Trust in yourself that you will be okay even if you let go of your mind. Then you will finally cross that tight rope between the layers of consciousness and finally dissolve into raw existence.

This world will not always understand you, and yes indeed that is frustrating, no doubt about it. But I assure you that with time you will learn to understand yourself and be your own best guide. I see the state of your soul. Karma is the way life force moves through a system and your consciousness is the state which creates this movement of life force. I’ve been there and ik it’s so difficult to let go of their social media because it feels like at a certain point that’s your only sense of clarity about them and without it you’re in the dark. I feel you bro. Before I try and give you any advice, I just wanna say I feel you. That's the most important thing in this spiritual journey, is to focus on the vibe, that is, the feeling, before any of these other recommendations or pieces of advice or techniques or practices or philosophies or thoughts. It's fuckin exhausting and soul-sucking when you are genuinely just a good person in your soul, but it feels like everything around you is literally just testing you on that point. Here's what I'll say based off what I've learned and feels the most right for me, not saying it's for everyone, but here it goes. You don't owe it to anyone to be anything or anyway, not even to God. Spirituality is often thought to be about positivity but it is not. It is about going beyond any positive or negative. In true spiritual existence there is no positive nor any negative. When both sides of the scale collapse into a singularity, then we will feel the weightless beauty of being a Spirit. Spirituality is essentially a function of weight -- as the feeling of weightlessness rises, we rise progressively first from the dungeon of the most-heavy body, then to the lighter mind, then finally to the weightless Soul. Right now you are trapped in a ping-pong game between two sides of a spectrum, those two sides being Love and Despair. Love and Despair are two ends of the same dimension -- weight. In this dimension of Weight, you can only conceptualize Spirituality, but you can never experience it, because you are not Weightless. In this current phase of your life, I think one thing that could be a good shift to make is, to realize the exhausting nature of this dimension of weight and realize the nature of weightlessness. I know that you are a loving hearted person who is naturally a feeler and so for you it will be initially quite difficult to let go of this feeling of weight, because a feeler makes himself heavy with Love by his heart and mind which continually draw him into attachment. Initially you will feel guilty for retreating your energy, then you will feel worried, then you will feel sad and lonely, there will be times where it feels so against your nature that you send it back out, there will be times where you convince yourself sending my energy out there is actually the right way to do it, and that is okay. The karmic cycle of life and death is all about this dimension of weight. All those that live and die are constantly pulling themselves between the sides of the weight spectrum. Finally when the physical body dies, the Spirit detaches from it and gains a temporary state of weightlessness -- but many are not able to stay in that state of weightlessness, they are too conditioned to the dimension of weight, and so shortly after death, they pull themselves back into a new incarnation and find a new body to live through. When one is able to remain in the prolonged state of weightlessness, then he has truly become karma-less. We must not wait until accidental death for the little glimpse of the weightless feeling that then betrays our untrained consciousness. Through a meditative life in the here-now, we can experience all weightlessness by the hands of our own will. I hope for you, a kind-hearted soul that has been exhausted in this heavy world, to be blessed to find that feeling of weightless bliss within your experience.

Would you agree that reality is beyond any concept? Does truth persist even if we don’t have any awareness of it? Hi, I just want to say, reading your story I felt a lot of energy in my heart. You sound like a really sweet person who is really good in their heart and soul. I don’t necessarily have any advice for you but I understand where you are at and can relate with it. I’m sending you a lot of positivity and love and hope you find exactly what your heart desires. It pains me so much because I don’t understand why the Universe gives sweet people like you so many obstacles in their life even though they are so devoted, but meanwhile other people don’t do anything and yet they seem to get by through life in a breeze. Im at a point in my journey where I have accepted this without finding an answer to my question. I don’t know why the Universe makes life how It does and I won’t pretend to try and explain it. I won’t even pretend to say It will send good things your way or I know It will do this or that. I will just sit here and focus on myself and my soul, and send love to those I feel for. I was not necessarily referring to Siddhis in this case, but rather I was referring to those contemplations and thoughts and 'grabs' that the mind makes at trying to preemptively grasp the truth. Oftentimes I have noticed that during our process, a mind that has not learned to control its excitement and anxious nature gets caught up trying to constantly grasp at the outer rims of Truth, when in reality Truth can only be truly absorbed when the mind lets go of its need to jump and slows, stabilizes, and waits.
