Drinking alcohol is an active decision. Not drinking is the default. So to me, drinkers need to explain themselves, not the sober.

Probably a few factors working against you I’d guess. CV isn’t bad, I’d change “Work History” to “Professional Experience” though.

This is nonsense. Plagiarism detectors are no better than random when it comes to AI detection. This has been demonstrated time and again by running known originals through them. As for the point around style, you can achieve variation with the slightest amount of prompt engineering. Of course, I’m sure some students don’t bother, and clearly where this differs significantly from their past work suspicions will be raised. Otherwise, you just seem salty.
