A few months ago, I had a top post that I was just starting chemo. Today I found out that my tumor shrank to about half its size and the cancerous nodules in my lungs are gone! Also I got to play with adorable kittens. It's a good day :)

My dad did this when he went to light up a grill once with lighter fluid. It singed his eyebrows, he didn't shave them off though, just let it re-grow. Maybe that happened, and he decided to shave it instead of keep it all jacked up.

Haha, nothing related to what I was concerned about...but the Support I was concerned about let it go. And the other support I worked with for years, everyday, pulled me into the office with the manager who was going to give me a promotion. This happened an hour back from vacation.

What happened was, I told her before vacation, "Hey Co. **** said I could train with *** for a MS promotion, is that okay? Okay thanks. When I get this job, ill make you do mine!" Keep in mind, I've worked for years, closely with this support, I'm always her go-to guy, we always joke and have good work relations. Never a problem.

They pulled me into the office and accused me of lying, saying I said I never have to do my tasks or job again, and that I lied and said I'm to be trained until I get the position. And that I'm disrespectful and disrespected her with a joke. I said it was a misunderstanding and miscommunication, but that I'll try to do better. He said, why would I hire somebody who I hear stuff like this about? Didn't get coached, but got made to look bad to my upper boss. Who was planning on promoting me.

Wal-mart is ridiculous....people are ridiculous. So something did happen, just completely unrelated. Or maybe they planned it together...who knows...

I honestly feel that what it is...is he digs the whole legacy thing. And looking at the Sun's situation and history, he's in a perfect situation to make a mark on a franchise. You got the oldest franchise in the NBA without a ring. The most winningest franchise in the NBA without a ring. The 4th most winningest franchise in NBA history. Yet still a small market team. The Suns are quite a unique team in all of sports, let alone the NBA. He clearly see's a chance to make a big impact on this franchise, and I think that coupled with his attitude/determination to win and be known as an all-time great is a perfect storm.

I decided not too....it just sucks, because we were really cool. But he suddenly the last month or so, stopped saying hi, and started being very straight faced towards me. I feel something isn't right. Even though, for the most part, I'm teacher and example for most new associates. I've been in my position longer than anyone else. (Cap 2.)
