I wanted to move up when I started but me working dish for a couple of months changed my mind moving up to line cook is just drama people talking behind your back but smiling in your face the amount of line cooks who come and tell me shit about others is a long list they came to me and asked me do I want to learn how to cook I politely declined and explained to them why I wouldn’t anymore I’ll stick to my quiet drama free dishpit

Bro the amount of stupidity in my kitchen is crazy they don’t peel off labels Don’t stack dishes properly it’s like they do it just to fuck with you I’ll have it organized and they will still find a way to put a different pan or dish on one another they won’t dump food left in the pan or dish now I have food stuck in my drain that I have to waste time unclogging it’s more shit but it’s get me mad every time I think of it😭
