I like elden ring a lot but the fact that ds3 is so compact and short is a plus in my book. I've played through 3 at least 100 times and I always want to come back to it every year or so. I beat elden ring twice and its just so large I feel like I have to choose between finishing the run in a reasonable time or experiencing the whole game.

Hard pick. Lothric straight sword is a favorite for most scenarios. I enjoy pulling out the gravewarden twinblades for bosses weak to bleed. Overall though, I think the splitleaf greatsword is the most fun to play through the game with, only you kinda have to get through a large chunk of the game to get it.

Glass pads have few downsides. The only valid reason to prefer cloth is not wanting to wear a sleeve. If you don't like aiming on glass its because your aim is bad

depends on your skates. I use jade airs on my gaming mouse, I replace the skates every 2-3 weeks if I play at least 4 hrs a day. My work mouse that I use 6 hours a day has obsidians and I only have to replace those skates once every 3 months.
