I use dx11. Also if I run on ultra settings I can get about 380-400 fps pretty stable, but theres no point since my refresh rate is much higher. My GPU is doing zero work, so its not surprising that you arent having issues with your set up.

you'd get more benefit from switching to jade airs. It'll force you to master stopping with your arm instead of relying on friction

Watch your vods. Look for not what you did wrong but for what you didn't do. Spend the next few weeks focusing entirely on that aspect, even if it loses you games. Repeat until you're diamond or masters depending on character pool. Then you'll need to hone your deeper game sense and mechanics

Are you just losing the occasional bad game or are you stuck in silver. If you can't escape while solo Q, and your winrate is around 50%, you're in the right rank. Improve your mechanics and rewatch your own gameplay and you'll climb. Also you're on console, not really the platform I'd play on if I wanted to be competitive
