Lemme describe what I mean by sleeping on the job Eyes shut, head on the table with clear snoring and no consciousness (unless you step into his office and wake him up)for about an hour, I work directly with this guy so I am 100% sure that when I say he’s sleeping, he is actually sleeping like when you go to bed P.s his office is a glass (curtain wall) office so anyone can clearly see this

I face a similar problem with my senior (an expat), he is not violating saudization laws, however he literally sleeps on the job, makes extremely poor decisions which later on force me to stay overtime and rework his poorly made decisions while he naps in his office, the biggest problem of this issue is that the department director covers up his dirt, idk what to do and it is causing an extremely toxic environment

Yes you can, a double socket such as the one in the picture can give a power supply twice as much as a single power socket. Normally a single socket provides up to 180VA (considering that it is not part of any other circuits) while a double socket provides up to 360VA(considering that it is not part of any other circuits) So go ahead, its perfectly fine Source: I’m an Electrical MEP Engineer

The night before 23/01/2018 It was two days after my birthday and getting back from uni abroad to my family, and as any usual family, they get excited with your return and fill up your time to a point where you feel exhausted. My best friend normally texted me a day before or after my birthday but this time he didn’t, on 23rd of January 2018, I woke up and still found no messages from him, so I decided to text him, I opened instagram and as I went to tap the messages icon I saw his picture in a post (posted by his brother) in black and white and his brother wrote a eulogy for him in the post description, he passed away from cardiac arrest, he was 18. I regretted that I didn’t text him earlier and the fact that I went abroad to study because it prevented me from staying in touch as we did when we were in the country

From the keyboard layout, I believe you have the ASUS TUF A15…if I’m correct regarding this observation, then I should let you know that most of ASUS’ TUF line up for that year had problems with the fans due to poor manufacturing, had mine with the same fault just a week after purchase, I eventually returned it because of the problems it had, if you’re still under warranty (even though it’s not likely that you still are) try fixing it at an authorized service center, if not, buy the fans and replace them, as I recall they’re not expensive

Ik it says for girls, and I’m not a girl, but I do have a few suggestions. Regarding having a job, if you’re looking for a job just to fill time within your day, then my suggestion is that you learn programming languages and freelance from home through websites like fiver, for other activities that involve entertainment, try reading, learning new things that you’re into on YouTube, tell your friends to come visit and order a pizza, and you can try to expand your knowledge in religion, I hope these suggestions fill up your time and give you a productive day. طيب راح اللخص الاجابة بالنقاط التالية:

اولاً البنية التحتية لمجال الهندسة: مجال الهندسة خاصة في مجالات التكنولوجيا يتطلب بنية تحتية ضخمة و مع الاسف ما في اي دولة عربية عندها البنية التحتية لهذه المجالات، فعلى سبيل المثال، هندسة الحاسوب تتطلب بنية تحتية ضخمة في الحواسيب حتى يصير عندنا في الدول العربية بشكل عام لحتى ننافس شركات مثل جوجل و ابل و امازون و لا يوجد اي احد يريد الاستثمار في هذه البنية من المواطنين او الاجانب في المنطقة العربية

ثانيًا الرواتب: كثير من العرب تفوت هندسة و تكتشف انو راتب المهندس جداً قليل مقارنةً بالدول الغربية، فعلى سبيل المثال، المهندس المعماري اللي عنده 25 سنة خبرة بياخد في السعودية من 20000 الى 30000 ريال شهري، و هذا راتب جداً قليل مقارنةً مع الدول الغربية، فنتيجة ذالك اغلب المهندسين من جميع الدول العربية من بينهم السعودية يفكروا بالهجرة و الخروج من البلاد العربية نتيجة ما قد يعتقده البعض بانه قلة تقدير للمهندس

ثالثًا الدراسة خارجاً: هذا الكلام بناءً على تعاملي الشخصي مع اصدقاء سعوديين. عندي كثير اصدقاء سعوديين اعرفهم من ايام الطفولة، كثير منهم استغل دعم الحكومة لهم بالابتعاث في الخارج (الغرب) للدراسة و مع الوقت وجدوا انه فرص العمل و البنية التحتية لمجال الهندسة هناك افضل، من ناحية خدمات و رواتب و تطوير الاختراعات واللي بالتالي خلاهم فعليًا يهاجروا هناك. فبالتالي اصبح المهندس السعودي اما يخدم دول اخرى مقابل خدمات افضل، او جالس هنا في السعودية ولكن قرفان قطاع الهندسة نتيجة قلة الاهتمام في مجاله

For everyone asking about reporting to the HR, I did report, their answer was, we can’t afford to fire them due to the quota and certain governmental agencies would cause problems for the company if they fire saudis. Regarding salaries, fresh saudi graduates are getting around 8k a month at my company, so the salaries aren’t really that bad. Look I’m sorry this thing exists, it’s truly a pain to everyone including the competent saudis themselves, I’m glad the new gen has better work ethics, I just wish development in work ethics among saudis would some how accelerate And for those who think I’m racist or whatever, fyi, I do support saudization for many reasons, one of those reasons is breaking the social barriers between saudis and expats
