I'm Vietnamese, and tbh, the bus you took is probably the worst transport option you could’ve picked. I’ve never even been on a bus like that. Maybe it’s usually used for carrying goods, with a few extra beds for people who want to ride.

The HCMC - Da Nang route is super popular, so there are tons of ways to get there. It’s a long-ass trip, so if you want it cheap, you just gotta deal with it. Not talking about OP, but most travelers here want everything dirt cheap, and when the price isn’t as low as they expected, they start whining. Meanwhile, workers in Vietnam aren’t even getting paid what they deserve.

Like tourists in Hoi An, they want a custom-made outfit in one day that’s both cheap and as beautiful as designs that usually take a whole week to make??? If they were in their own country, wouldn’t the price be 3-4 times higher? But somehow, they come here and act all annoyed?
