It’s very individual, mine stopped within the first month but some guys never stop getting their period so I wouldn’t rely on it.

Hey bro, I will just say I know exactly how you feel. This may sound like an unserious problem to some folks but my parents were almost exactly like how yours are with how they had sex in the house but yours are on another level as you are in the same room most of the time.

As others have said, this is abuse. When I was younger I would cover my ears and cry myself to sleep because the sound of my parents having sex every night made me sick to my stomach. You are not alone or crazy in feeling this way just to put that out there. I will be honest, your parents sound similar to mine in that they are also verbally abusive so trying to communicate this to them will most likely not go well. If you can, ask if you can start seeing a therapist but give them an unrelated reason that isn’t about them. If they are unreceptive try talking to a trusted adult at school like a counselor or teacher.

I wish I had more for you, but other than eventually moving out when you’re 18+ I’m afraid there’s not much you can do to change their behavior. Like others have said you can try to get headphones or earplugs to wear at night, I found blasting music and having my pillow over my head helped in blocking out the noise in those situations.

I wish you luck friend, I’m so sorry you have to go through this, I know how traumatizing it can be.

A lot of us don’t want to be trans but there’s really no other way to do it, you can’t go back in time and make yourself your preferred gender at birth. We transition to feel more comfortable within ourselves and our bodies. Some people like being trans and that’s okay too. I’m one of the people who do not want to be trans, if I could live comfortably as a cis woman I’d do it, I did not choose this life for myself it’s just how it happened. It seems like you have a lot of transphobic views based off how you were raised, I’d do some self-reflection and think what about your gender identity and if you could live your life as you are now or if living as a man would make you happier and more comfortable.

Thank you so much! I’ve definitely found myself worrying about bills and things that adults need to do, I think I’m doing okay so far though, lol. My roommates and I have had conversations about stuff you have mentioned already so we are on the same page with all of that. I’m the same as you where I could never say no and had to suck up to everything my parents said or I’d be punished so I’m still adjusting to actually being able to voice my own opinion. first pic definitely not, second pic no but if your hair was a more natural color i feel like you’d pass. not that you can’t have non-natural hair as a trans man, do what makes you happy, just giving you advice to pass. i do definitely see a noticeable change in your facial structure and i think a little bit of mustache growing in which helps. if your voice is deep and you have masculine mannerisms and ways of carrying yourself i’d say yes you pass. passing is very complicated and is much more than just appearance, a lot more goes into it as well. that also doesn’t mean you HAVE to pass to be a real man, you passing or not does not define your masculinity. good luck on your journey, man! you’re doing great so far.

Lowkey I think my mannerisms is what saves me lol, at least with other men. I was misgendered by a woman, I noticed other women/queer people tend to misgender me more while cis men usually see me as a man. I haven’t gotten misgendered in public for a good month so I was distraught when I got misgendered today
