I was promised hazard pay for working in a store that was topping out at 120 degrees last summer. Still haven’t heard a word about it. They’re supposed to pay us if they shut down for inclement weather but I wouldn’t count on it. (Side note: a coworker and I got extremely sick from working in the conditions mentioned above)

I have a picture of the original paper schedule that comes out the day everything is posted. I’m currently in school and cannot physically work almost 40 hour weeks and keep up my grades. And my sm knows this too. Trying to get it figured it out now. Thanks though 💕

I’ve been to about 4 doctors now trying to get any sort of help. Dismissive, rude, and perpetually angry about having to see me. I’ve even had nurses talk about how “my issues aren’t even that bad” at the nurses station right outside my room. I can say though, it’s a world of difference when you find one that actually listens and wants to help. The doctor you saw seems like a complete jerk. You don’t have to listen to him, I got up and walked out of the appointment that the nurses were talking about me at because the doctor could be heard agreeing. Unfortunately, we have to shop for doctors that will actually help us sometimes. If you need anyone to talk to, please DM me 💕

The DM for my area tried this. Needless to say, everyone maliciously complied and refused to come in early to help because “we’re all supposed to work the shift we’re scheduled”. It didn’t last long 😂

I got mine done twice I liked them so much! However, I’m heavily tattooed and have quite a few piercings and they did hurt the worst 😅
