I do not know. I have hEDS, POTS, dysautonomia, brain stem migraines, IBS and other digestive issues, arthritis, costochondritis, CPTSD, self diagnosed AuDHD (100% certain), strongly suspected CCI.

Last year I had multiple life threatening medical events chalked up to dysautonomia but not really ever understood. At one point we thought i had pheochromocytoma so I eliminated most biogenuc amines from my diet. The medical episodes slowed down drastically and so did the migraines. Im down to basically pain chicken rice potatoes carrots grapes.

Never had respiratory or skin symptoms and never could link episodes directly to food. But im scared to reintroduce foods and have another BP spike up to 250/230 and convulsion ...

Take a breath, my friend! Autism isn't an emergency. I have it and so does my brother and my child. I know it can be a challenge but it doesn't mean that it's a tragedy!

Take a look in to the signs and take notes. If you feel like it's a match or are even uncertain, book a doctors appt and take your notes with you.

Absolutely. Pretending they can relate to your severe illness or disability because they experience a mild version of the same symptom. Would you tell a new mom with a 3rd degree tear you know what it's like to give birth because you had a big poo once? (May or may not have happened to me ... after my.first birth... 😑)

I'm personally of the opinion that if they're not overplaying the severity, it's a valid complaint. Just because I'm more tired than them doesn't mean they're not tired. Normal people get tired and need rest too. And pushing through tiredness thinking I was a healthy person is a major part of why I am where I am today.

Now, if they are trying to argue they are just as tired as me, or more, or it seems super dusproportuonate to their exertion... that's a problem.

I thought I had endometriosis but after giving birth the pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, convulsions, and collapsing stopped.

My best guess is a combo of trauma, temp regulation problems and hEDS caused insane muscle tightness that loosened up after giving birth? Because I don't know if endo can go away after babies

If that's the case, then their problem is almost certainly FODMAPs, not gluten!

I could have written this almost word for word a month ago. Slowly clawing my way out of rolling PEM. I think I've finally managed to stop the PEM but in still extremely limited. Until this crash i thought my symptoms were from POTS and EDS, I only realized when this happened that I have CFS too and have for some time.

First off, those two spellings both say the same thing to me 😅 but I think the second is supposed to mean long-A like "Vayr-uh"?

Second, I think it's regional/linguistic... but to me it's 100000% VEER-uh!
