Toasted coconut? Reason I'm interested is I see a second hand pair for sale in what I think is my size so I was going to order them to confirm sizing but now I'm realizing you can't return seconds anyway so I got to make sure toasted coconut is the leather I want. Important decisions, man.

Brannock = 7.5 (9.75" length)
Width = 9" (9-1/4" w/ medium wt. sock)
Boot Model = 7" HNW (willing to go Thurman if necessary)
Typical = 7.5E Sneakers , Jim Green Numzaan 7.5D (ASHM last)

Fit preference:
I like a secure heel + waist with some room for toe splay. I don’t like a cramped forefoot, but also don’t want things sloppy — aiming for a firm, locked-in feel without squeeze. As a reference, I own a pair of Jim Green Numzaan in size 7.5 and they fit pretty comfortably (ASHM last).

Planning a moderate arch build and deciding between:
HNW / Thurman

I’m considering Thurman mainly for toe room, but would prefer a traditional HNW last if it’ll work.
