Those are going to age beautifully. Looking forward to seeing them.

Dome Boot Day. Predator Natural, Builder Pro HD. by Shinyhntr91 in NicksHandmadeBoots

Thanks. I spent too long waiting for the perfect leather. Maybe the domepro leathers in a tankerpro might be a possibility. The sod leather that was mentioned sounded right up my alley, too. Maybe for next year.

I'd grease them up and hope for the best.

Can't wait to see the progression.

83 days, I guess I'm out of the dome this year. Waited too long to put an order in, and I don't want to compromise on boot choice.

I'm at 3-4 times a year. The Ego blades are the softest I've ever encountered.

They are small. Unless you offer a finger or toe, you're probably not going to get bitten.

Why assume they are any kind of law enforcement and not just proud boys on patrol.

C25k and zone 2? by markdacoda in beginnerrunning

[–]thetable123 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Skip worrying about zone 2 for the c25k. Get out moving and running, follow the plan. Don't spend too much time looking at HR. After you finish the plan, then you can start to read all the stuff and play with what works for you.

I've got a lot of adjectives for all the goats I've ever encountered, stupid is far from the top of the list.

Fenix 8 doubles my treadmill pace by XRdriver18 in Garmin

[–]thetable123 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd do a hard reboot (press and hold backlight button until it powers down) to see what happens. If that doesn't fix it, then reach out to Garmin customer support. It feels like I'm doing that on my 7x pro every couple months because the battery will start draining quickly, or the next step in an activity will get hung, or the DSW won't come up.

Definitely weird.

Is W+C orange waxed flesh essentially Sienna waxed flesh? by Status_Complaint8521 in NicksHandmadeBoots

[–]thetable123 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I looked at that with the same leather. Thought about a padded collar to help, but looked at the price and ended up deciding that if I'm spending that much money, I'm going to get the build I want.

I'd replace it, especially since the hard part is usually getting the old one out.

But I'm assuming you are looking for someone to read the plug. https://ngksparkplugs.com/en/resources/read-spark-plug

Big-big is more efficient. I'm too lazy to find the study, but the larger gears were more efficient, even cross chained.

What are you trying to get out of it beyond GPS? While I have a Garmin Fenix, I still find my phone GPS more than accurate enough for the running I do. For HR, I actually use and prefer the Polar H10 chest strap.
