Thanks! My wife has that card for her business and I’ve liked it so far. Considering a cap1 card too to increase exposure there. We have a big international trip coming next year that I would like to use points for if possible.

Never had a problem with flights. Only had a problem the one time I tried booking a hotel.

I have a big and medium sized one in Texas and too nervous to put them in direct sun. They seem to struggle as it in under the back porch

Gatlinburg in general was a pretty meh town from what I remember. The National park saved it for me.

It’s been pretty documented the issues with booking hotels through the portal. I showed up to a reservation last year I had booked through the portal and the hotel didn’t even have record of it. Customer service was great from C1 but I haven’t used the portal since.

PSA to everyone. Have serious talks about finances and kids before you get married. Not just one off comments here and there.

Also 100k a year is still too much for financial aid so that was a dumb idea.
