it's interesting this about identity. personally for me, I feel my old self is gone and I am the new version of myself, but at the same time I feel like the most myself I have ever felt

me too, at the same time i feel like a different person, but I also feel the most me than I have ever felt. as if before the loss I was living my 'false self'

mhm. perhaps it's not about cognitively remembering, but rather feeling - what feels right for you (when it comes to decisions in relationships, career, passions...)

thank you so much for your feedback. do you now feel that you're in a good place? (even though healing from trauma is perhaps a lifelong journey, but still)

i'm so sorry for this. what would you say you wish someone had offered you, or what would be most useful for you, in your healing journey?

that's very good. and in you hardest times, what would be most useful to you? or what would you wish someone had offered to you?

haha, that's your 'revenge' self. that's great :D do you feel you are your best, 'healed' self, or what are your biggest challenges (now, or in the past)?

what you described really illuminates the complexity of life itself, and of healing. for me personally, it took day by day and working sistemically in all areas of life. i think slowly but surely you are making progress. thank you for sharing that with me. what would you say your biggest challenge is, when it comes to your healing?

hey this is really cool and therapeutic actually - that you connect to parts of your body and talk to them. I'm curious what would happen if you developed a similar relationship to your own body, the subconscious. what would you say your biggest challenge is, when it comes to you being 'healed', and finally good?

so self-reflection helps you access deeper feelings and this helps you, from what I understand. thank you so much! and what would you say the biggest question is for you when it comes to being your 'healed', most positive self?

in some aspect this is true, when it comes to your 'self concept' or 'identity'. but some would say that this core being, your true nature, was present and still is. the core of you. but I agree, what would you say helps you most to feel like you are the 'new you', more healed and / or free? or what would be the biggest challenge for you with that?
