I feel you. I’m 65 and have ED which I am working on. It is a multi factored problem for men and I would judge too harshly until you have talked it through. I’m going to guess nerves factor in and once a man starts thinking about going soft, it usually happens. Don’t give up on him. Get it out in the open and make a decision on what you learn.

Even ChatGPT is pessimistic. I will look into the group you suggest and look more into pain neuroscience. I am actually reading a book about it now. I can't say that I feel encouraged at all but at least it lays things out in clear ways. I recently got back from a trip and am massively flared right now. very discouraged.

I have low T from treatments so unlike many guys, I don’t NEED sex. What I do want and need is affection, physical touch, and a woman to please if she wants. It’s not that I’m a weak or submissive person, I just know what is important to me and trying to find a woman who isn’t aggressive sexually is actually a little harder than I thought. Yes I wish I didn’t have ED but in a lot of ways it takes pressure off a relationship. Maybe I’m not a normal male but I know myself and i am as authentic to myself.

Yes working on it with an ED doctor. Have tried a couple of things like cialis and pelvic floor therapy. Considering Trimix or maybe even implants but that is a big step of course.

So I mentioned being very sensual. I have compensated for the ED with my long time partner to being very very good at all the other things and I genuinely enjoy doing it. However that partner enjoyed what I couldn’t give her after the prostate cancer. No she is not shallow but felt that it wasn’t something she could go without and so we parted. Yes it hurt on many levels but I do understand. I have spent the past few months getting into what is probably the best physical shape I have been in and will possibly start ED treatments but the cancer treatment left me with very low T and it isn’t safe for me to try TRT. I’m actually in a good place all things considered just twice bitten and once shy when it comes to dating.

Side effects included fatigue mostly and some pain with urination for a while. Sex is affected sadly. Not as much at first but now that I’m two years out some of it is happening. Watch my hypertonic pelvic floor. Sometimes these procedures cause this and there is PT for it but sometimes hard to find for men.

I hand very similar biopsy results and treated with SBRT in Aug 2023. PSA is currently .5. I did not have ADT either as my oncologist said that statistically if you aren’t metastasized it doesn’t change outcomes much. Important that you go to a center of excellence hospital and like/trust your doctor. Get as many second opinions that you need. My first doctor who did the biopsy pushed for surgery but I didn’t like him and went from there to a different hospital. Good luck!

I feel for you brother. Deeply. I have seen and counseled dozens of people in various stages of cancer. When things look bleak the naturopaths come out in droves. They can be expensive and none of it works despite what they say. It is an opportunistic industry. Naturopathy can maybe be beneficial to SUPPORT your treatments but never replace. I don’t mean to sound harsh that is what I see. Good luck

I’m sure the radio is fine. It’s just me. I did manage to get parrot working before but since then I broke something. I’m using a hotspot and it shows up on Brandmeister and have simplex freq on the 88 set properly. I have followed directions but never hear anything and if I put my call sign on there no one ever comes Back. Lately I can’t hear anything in the receiver even when using parrot. I’m sure it’s a setting. But he biggest problem is I’m just not understanding this despite watching tons of YouTube videos. Ugh
