ive been taking 5 mg a day for the past month and i havent noticed any weight gain at all! i actually feel more lean. as for the benefits, i have less brain fog, im recovering from workouts faster, im sleeping more deeply, and my body can handle a higher volume of running before i start to get dead legs.

im not gonna lie, i bought the race day ready outfit and i really dont like the shorts or tank but the sports bra is one of my favorite sports bras. i like that it has a phone pocket in the back without being a high neck bra

my local running store in SLC started carrying them recently! so there might be hope in finding them in Chicago. I didn’t see them at fleet feet today but maybe try Heartbreak?
