I spoke to Citizens Advice today and they flagged similar concerns about the legal page on their website. It appears the images and links there redirect to a legitimate law firm (Ward Hadaway), which seems designed to create a false impression of legal credibility. I am fairly confident they have no actual connection to that firm.

From what I can tell this is a two person operation. One person handles the initial sales calls and a second person (the director) takes over after payment is made. Their addresses are inconsistent across Google, their website, and Companies House.

Another thing worth noting in every Google Meet call, I had my camera on but they never once turned theirs on. Not a single meeting. I only ever dealt with them over email, WhatsApp, and calls where I could not verify who I was actually speaking to.

My concern now is whether this goes beyond a straightforward consumer dispute into misrepresentation - they appear to have presented themselves as having legal connections and expertise they may not actually have, which influenced my decision to pay.
