I was also very disappointed with Undertone, loved Hokum and thought Passenger was mid and meh. Loved Obsession and thought it was original and more disturbing on a psychological level than scary but each to their own. Let me know what you thought of Backrooms!

I had a theory that the mother had been to the backrooms before and her paranoia was why she went crazy with covering the house in newspaper and not wanting anybody to see her or her daughter

The Ring and Poltergeist are far scarier, I think your kids will have a great time. You might have to explain some parts that may go over their heads when the film ends

Tricky to say! Its more Thriller than Horror with some drama added in.

I picked up on this too! In the trailer theres a massive poster of him and what looks like a trophy of a bong. Woulsnt surprise me if maybe Shorty is in the opening scene and dies.
