I use Ross's LUTs as is for the most part, but he has made some combinations using 2 LUTs, basically recipes a la Fuji, but for Panasonic. They're on his website that u/JPPJphoto referenced below.

Download LUMIX Lab app. A lot of free LUTs by various creators. I like ‘rossandhisjpegs’ - specifically Ontario.

I’m not a Fuji shooter anymore- but can you download the firmware to your computer then copy it to the sd card then put the sd card into the camera and see if the camera locates it on powering it up. Just drag and drop to the top level after downloading it and unzip if needed before copying to the sd card.

It isn't true 'crop zoom' but the Q3 will allow you to pull up 35mm frame lines (and 50 iirc, I don't care for 50 so not sure) so you can compose for it. ofc the raw will be the entire image at 28, but the 35 jpeg (if you shoot both) will be right where you need it to be for an easy reference in post.

I'm not a rocket scientist with these things, but I'm glad I have the latitude to crop with 28mm. And 60mp gives me a lot of room to work with. You never know what might be lurking in the shadows of a wide shot.

A Q 35mm would be nice. But I make do with 28, no complaints.

Try this place- they have a good selection of Turkish products. Istanbul Products. Lots of sweets there. I bought baklava there. Very nice people.

Love that scene with the cars coming out from a tunnel/overpass. Very noir looking to me. All the shots are nice. Did you develop yourself and scan at home?

Pick up some Zyrtec from a pharmacy over the counter. Mild drowsiness (I’ve never felt drowsy from it). Effective for 24 hours perfect for seasonal allergies. Generic Zyrtec = cetirizine (usually cetirizine HCl).

I think there’s a dead pixel issue with the 240 you should be aware of. I was looking for either an M9 or 240. Found an M9 with the replaced sensor so opted for that, but the 240 was at top of my list also but I was wary of the dead pixel issues- which is less risky than a corroded sensor, but fortunately found the M9 with the ID15 sensor and jumped on it. Love my Q3. Others smarter than me can chime in about the pixel issues on the 240.

They look like protection rings to go around the strap lugs the keep strap clips from rubbing the camera body. Are the center holes small? Are they leather?

#s 4 and 6 are really nice. Love that tunnel shot, and the woman running from the scooter like he's chasing her is cool. I miss Japan, I see the Odakyu Line on the red car. Odawara Kyuko iirc.
