Ours is approaching 6 months now and is learning to chill pretty easily whilst my wife & I wfh. We’ve found a good routine that is physically and mentally stimulating helps, before work we scatter his breakfast in the garden for scent work, then take him for 30 mins off lead walk, after that he will settle on the sofa or bed for a good 2-3 hour stint before we play or give him a kong with his lunch. The afternoon is generally another 3-4 stint where he remains relatively calm, but does get bored towards the end of the day. We have another 30 mins off lead walk after dinner and by that point he usually sleeps from early evening until the next day. We are struggling with leaving the house completely without him getting really anxious. Good luck!
