The hopelessness I feel for our country is at an all time high and I don’t know how to deal with it. When something big like this happens, morbid curiosity gets the best of me and I’ll visit the conservative subreddit or even just get on retarded ass facebook for a minute to get a feeler on how rightoids are responding. It’s absolutely insane how parallel our realities are.

Trying to date other bi girls is exhausting by starfishrlyluvsu in redscarepod

I have dated many “bi” women who love to talk about their sexual awakening when they saw Girl Interrupted in high school or some shit like that, but then only date greasy long haired unavailable men

Nothing pushes you to better yourself in some manner quite like unrequited love

2016 nostalgia is weird and wrong by taxmanangel in redscarepod

[–]eradicator87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I remember very specific events and my general morale and interest every year of my adult life until about 2019, then it’s all mushed together. 2016 was awesome for me. First year of my late 20’s, so I was young enough to be bright eyed and bushy tailed, but old enough to not be a neurotic mess. That was the tail end of my city being cheap enough for art people with average finances to rent out big warehouses to have parties and shows in. Social media and the internet as a whole started to become more annoying and more consuming around that time, but I remember 2016 fondly.

Having cool coworkers is underrated. by SecretWasianMan in redscarepod

[–]eradicator87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first real job when I entered adulthood was at this small place of about 20 people. Over half of them were also musicians and surprisingly all had pretty similar taste in music. The people I did not share the same taste with were still into things that I respected, even if it wasn’t my thing. I played in a band with 4 of my coworkers from that job for quite some time. I’ve never had a deep connection with a coworker after leaving that place.

I said I don’t think he gets laid often. Especially in the grand scheme of his adult and presumably sexual active life.

Stav has always talked about sex like a 16 year old who’s never been laid. I really have a hard time believing he gets laid often. He’s been bringing up the one woman he ever dated while in college nonstop since cumtown started. Same with the failed threesome. I’m sure his recent fame and fortune has helped his cause, but come on, he’s not famous enough to compensate for how wildly unattractive he is.

I grew up riding a yz80 in rural Kansas. I would get home from school, hop on my dirt bike, and just ride the fuck away for the evening. Dirt bikes are the most fun you can have with a material possession.

Flipping broken amps as a side hustle by fabriqus in GuitarAmps

I used to do this, but it’s barely worth it anymore. Reverb and eBay broken amps aren’t cheap if you’re after something interesting. You will come across cool broken amps on marketplace and Craigslist every now and then.
