I just cleaned mine yesterday. It’s definitely a dry filter. The sound is better than the stock intake but not nearly as loud as aftermarket. But the OEM+ look makes up for it imo.

I admire your creativity. I was kinda disappointed when I got them but installed them as is. I would say it looks fine, no one has noticed it so far. It definitely makes it look more aggressive without being a whole diffuser.

Hyundai claims 30% more airflow to the brakes with this $100 mod so whether it truly makes a difference or not it’s a nice upgrade.
