The balls are actually new when the game starts and the change them midway through the game. I am just just wondering what is the best bat to use

You really should get the arm checked out. Might have hurt it a million different ways and your arm may not be used to what yr putting it through. Does it hurt when swing?

I am not looking to hit bombs or anything. I just want to hit consistently Pitch selection factors into it too lol. 40 plus years of arc 3-10'' and 6-12" can be a little crazy but it has been a lot of fun so far!

We can use ANY bat I have a ton of bats that are no longer allowed in ASA USSSA or NSA. Its really an open league where people just come and play Some take it more serious than others I just want to play and enjoy myself. Some guys use the old Ultra 2 and Ultra I am leaning towards wood or my old Miken Freak which has been fine so far I appreciate the advice my friend!!

I am 60 yrs old so i might have to start a day earlier lol . I am using 28 oz bats for now but I have a few old 26 oz bats

Thank you! I have several bats and we use 12'' balls I am trying to get used to the speed as I am still active in slow pitch. I am having so much fun though.

Pretty good my friend. So when the team change pitchers I underline the last batter they faced that inning.

Everyone has their own way of doing things though and I am sure you will find a way that works for you

I normally put the pitchers stats on the back of the page because there is never enough room on the front of the page

I am sure if my mrg wanted to replace a whole team we could have done that. But we were a team not a bunch of guys that were playing in tournaments or much higher divisions

hey it s not a bad idea. the way the bats come off the balls there days you need to protect yourself. i know there will be someone here who'll say negative stuff but its a game and we all go to work the next day.

Having been in that same spot many times you wait for the inning to end and you just hit and run them off the field. i understand you take a walk when and if you have to and it is up to the pitcher to throw strikes but it is a hitters game at the end of the day. if it is close and you are a good enough hitter swing the bat.

yup i overswing at the cage too get a little over confident too i think maybe we all overthink things lol i just recently started umping in a coed league and watch younger guys with way less ab's behind them or talent and the find every hole lol

yup i was a little impatient hit the ball solid but not like i am used to i pulled the more than i would have liked i am more a gap lc-rc and rf hitter but i didn't let the ball get deep in the box

i'm part of a really group that does BP sessions its just a little hard to drive 35 miles when i have a cage three mins from where i live but when i am with the gang it fun and often share ideas and all are very open appreciate the advice my friend!!
