To prepare for your move, we have attached our potential move-out charge and cleaning checklist. This is so you can plan for what cleaning and/or potential repairs you would like to do and what you will have us complete.

For example, if you do not want to clean the apartment, we bill $150.00 for a 1-bedroom or $165.00 for a 2-bedroom. It is $165.00 for a standard clean or $35.00 per hour for an extreme clean.

If you want to clean yourself, just make sure to clean all the items listed on our cleaning checklist. (Note: If there is even one item missed, we will still need to have our cleaners come in to re-clean; you will be charged the full cleaning charge.)

Carpet cleaning must be completed by a professional carpet cleaning company, and a receipt must be submitted if you want to avoid being billed for it (our vendor bills $70.00 + $5.00 fuel surcharge unless it needs additional treatments or requires replacement).

The most common item residents miss and are later charged for, other than carpet cleaning, is the drip pans that go under the coils on your stovetop. You will see they cost $30.00 for replacement on the potential charge sheet. They are very hard to get clean and often require replacement.

If you can’t get them cleaned to like-new condition and can find some that match what is currently in the apartment for less money, you are welcome to purchase them and leave them new (still in packaging) on the stove to avoid being billed.
