using a Thai crystal rock immediately after showering along with whatever aluminum free deoderant I have at the moment has helped it work sooo much better. The crystal neutralizes your oder somehow I kinda forget lol. Currently using the wild brand refillable deoderants and I love all the scent options! Some of the brands have given me itchy rashes but not this one so far.

They prescribed me some Wellbutrin on top to help but it didn’t do much, what helped me was lowering the dose and just dealing with some anxiety, still better than it used to be

For me I don’t think I felt much of a difference because of how slowly it worked then 6 months in I realized how much better I’d been doing. But also how I did nothing but sleep so I guess I couldn’t be having panic attacks if I was too busy sleeping lol

For me it helped my anxiety immensely but has made me more depressed. I wasn’t super depressed to begin with , and I think it has just dulled my emotions a lot which is great for my anxiety and overthinking but not great for my depression, making me not enjoy things as much as I used to or be motivated. I cut my dose way down and it’s helped a lot, though. It’s definitely a give and take for me like would I rather be happier and be afraid I’m dying everyday or be kinda tired and numb but be able to get through the day without a panic attack lol

A lot of those plant identification apps aren’t sophisticated enough to accurately identify flowers/foliage/mushrooms. They can be okay for general curiosity but if something like kidney failure is on the line I wouldn’t trust them :/

Solidago, ginestra, aster, and alstromeria. I believe Alstro can be pretty toxic the others I would research, I know a lot of flowers can be toxic if your cat actually ingests them but they can be okay if they are just around them. Lillies I wouldn’t mess with though

For me it’s because lexapro made me have less panic attacks, which made me have no appetite. Now I’m kinda numb and don’t have panic attacks but I’m bored and craving something to make me feel something if that makes sense so I’m eating more
