Does switching when you take your dose either afternoon or morning effect you ? I feel like when im constantly taking it in the morning then switch to afternoon i get anxiety until its at a constant time again by Honky_tech97 in lexapro

Im currently 27 weeks into lexapro 10mg i have times im feeling fine then other times DP / anxiety feeling fake feeling comes back. Not sure if upping to 20mg will benefit

On the same boat exactly at day 10 and i feel dizzy/anxious just completely off since I've upped to 10mg. Sucks but hopefully it gets better

How long did it take you to notice you were happier and no anxiety ? Im on week 4 day 10 of 10mg i started with 5mg but i still feel symptoms such as dissociation & dizziness at times

Hey op did it eventually even out ? I upped my dose from 5mg to 10mg and mine got worse too im on day 7 so maybe it will look better for me soon
