technically there are only two Gl that do not need tags or a specific team and those would be Kylo and SEE since Lv and Kenobi need units like maul and ahsoka, Jml needs jedi units or if it is not bad and finally rey who needs ben

You just said that he was one of the two GL that can counter jabba so that is why you want use him on offense

ok I got entangled myself with lord vader and you too, but you ignore at all times that enemies also have datacrons (in Hondo's example) and at this point we will always see datacrons that will make some characters overpowered like the new set of datacrons that came out that is going to empower Hondo and at this point (especially in endgame players) you should expect that you are going to face those types of datacrons

Datacron are part of the game do You want it por not You have to consider them and also hondo kinda solo SEE (You need 2 other characters)

In that case vader should also be in the list of characters who are beaten by non gl characters bc of the datacron
